Mr Abdul Salam Ceesay is the lead consultant at UTSAC, graduated from the University of The Gambia with a major in Management, Mr Abdul Salam Ceesay is the only listed accredited ICEF agent in The Gambia and one of the few in the Whole of West Africa. His IT proficiency coupled with a combination of vast business experience make him a top notch qualified educational consultant.
